These 100 seconds are obviously dedicated to the Christmas event.
Celebrating the arrival of the year-end holidays, sharing this joyful moment, and highlighting the importance of coming together.

For many years, the Colloi Plus team has been organizing the Christmas event for a company headquartered in northern Italy, with agencies across the country. The employees are happily waiting for the Christmas event because they are excited to see their colleagues, to be together, to enjoy themself, to joke and to laugh; that’s a great occasion to increase the corporate sense of belonging.

First, the Colloi Plus team starts by selecting the best event location for the expected number of guests – more than 250 in this case – and that’s strategically and easily reachable from all agencies.
Custom decorations and setups are then carefully planned, both inside and outside, incorporating the company’s colors and creative lighting effects.

While waiting for all guests to arrive, a generous welcome buffet is served.
Before the celebration officially begins, the company’s management welcome and whish a greeting holiday, sharing the successes of the year just ending and looking ahead to the year to come.

The evening continues with a seated dinner and a variety of entertainment.
As guests leave, they receive a gift – carefully selected in collaboration with the company – focused on employee well-being.

So, the Christmas event, designed as a great party, becomes a very important occasion for alliance and appreciation development of employees.
