these 100 seconds are about on a type of event which is the public event, perfect to propose in the cities in this month of July as a urban entertainment.

The public event has many complexities that result, first of all, from a process of verifications, permits, authorizations and formalities to be carried out in the Municipality rather than at the designated entities. It is necessary to consider that each city has its own local management, so procedures are different between cities.

The Colloi Plus team has designed and realized many public events throughout the country, managing every aspect required, such as:
patronage of the municipality, temporary use of public space;
Police and public security;
urban traffic, ZTL access and temporary parking;
Public authorities to carry out technical aspects, safety and evacuation plan, on-site emergency medical service; and much more, depending on the host City.

In addition to the technical project, we have also many organizational aspects and logistics that need to be addressed, like: fire-resistant tensile structure, stage with truss, fire extinguishers, chemical toilet, and much more that is necessary to realize the event.

The certification as a Project Manager in accordance with UNI ISO 21500 is a very important title regarding public events, both a management technique and it allows me to personally play the role of RUP – Single Project Manager.
